This is the best pair of shoes I've every had. They feel like wearing Thor-Lo socks with even more cushion. They seem to get more comfortable every time I put them on. They aren't the coolest looking shoes out there, but I'll take comfort over cool any day.

Pros: Extremely comfortable!!!
Cons: Eventually, they will wear out.

I got this shoe after extream knee and ankle pain, now I have size eleven feet and I'm a girl! I couldn't find womens shoes that had enough shock and support but I found these! It sucks that they are mens shoe and so expensive but when you compare it to thousands of dollars in sugery bills I could have had down the line it a much more reasonable price. I love everything about these shoes except that they are so bulky and add an inch an a half to my heigth but at least my knees don't hurt anymore..........

I have been a runner my entire life. I have always worn New Balance Shoes. Recently I bought the new 991 series. I was very disapointed. I suddenly began having problems with shin spints. As stated befor I have been running for years and never had a problem. I stretch, allow rest, and run on a soft surface. I scrapped the new balance and began using another shoe and my problems began to go away.

Pros: very lightweight and sturdy
Cons: little to help with shock impact.
