I HAD LOST MY KEY FOR UPGRADING MICROSOFT OFFICE 2003 SO I WENT ON LINE TO PURCHASE NEW KEY CODE. GIVING MY INFORMATION TO BE CHARGED FOR A NEW KEY WENT OFF WITHOUT A HITCH. WHEN I WENT TO INSTALL IT HOWEVER I FIND OUT THE KEY WAS NO GOOD! I FEEL THAT MICROSOFT HAS STOLE $149.00 FROM ME. THAT'S WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE MY CARD AND I GET NOTHING IN RETURN!!!!

I purchased MICROSOFT OFFICE, Student & Teacher Edition 2003 on 4/1/06. I am a PhD student at the University of Massachusetts,
Boston. However, Excel is not on this program and I am sure that it is
supposed to be and the program will not upgrade.
